We have a customer-friendly return policy. If you have any concerns regarding the product, you can return it within 48 hours of delivery. All return request procedures are governed by the following policy and procedures.

What cannot be returned:

Any product whose original package is removed, a product with the tag removed, soiled/used product, blouse, inner-wares, saree with fall & edging done, altered products, all home products with original packing altered/damaged, any promotional/sale items and products purchased against gift voucher/code.

Procedure:

Once you receive the product and feel that you received the wrong product or you need to return it for a valid reason, send an email with all details including the order number, date of order, date & time of receipt of the product along with a photograph of the product with original packing & intact tag to minurahimpex@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, the team will do the necessary procedure and will revert back to you within 7 business days. Once the return is accepted, you will courier it back with the original packing and tags intact. Once the product reaches our office, the team will inspect the product and you will receive another mail which will give details of your refund. The refund will be returned backed to the original payment method in case of prepaid payments. If there is error in sending back to original payment method, then a gift voucher code will be sent which is valid for 90 days. You can purchase any product from the website using that code.

If you receive any courier which is damaged during transit, take a picture of the courier and do not accept it. Send a mail mentioning details of the order along with a picture of the damaged courier. If you accept the damaged courier packet, then no claims can be made later.
