Minurah always strives to deliver all products in the shortest possible time to its customer. Usually, all apparel is dispatched within 5-7 business days, and for home products 1-3 business days. The dispatch can be delayed in some unavoidable circumstances like when excessive order comes which is more than supply, closure/holiday of manufacturing lines or supply lines, or sudden discontinuation of product line due to the arrival of new product line. Usually, once a product is out of stock/discontinued, it is taken off the website.

Delay/cancellation of an order may happen if the supplied PIN-CODE is not serviceable by the courier partner. Minurah uses most of the available courier partners to ensure that its product can reach almost every place.
